The High Point Development consists of 287 acres of land, and has been divided into 164 lots with over 86 acres gifted to the District of Langley as park. This parkland comprises of open areas, woodlands, walking trails and over 9 km of horse trails.There is a stream fed 2 acre lake, and retention ponds to assist in surface water management. Each lot owner becomes a member of the High Point Home Owners Association for a minimum of 24 months from the date construction on it is finished and is obligated to pay the monthly dues currently set at $100.00/family. The benefit of membership is the use of the Clubhouse facility, which will house a well equipped fitness centre and meeting lounge overlooking the indoor riding arena as well as an outdoor tennis court. The Equestrian centre consists of a beautiful indoor riding arena, outdoor arena, 40 horse stalls, and outbuildings for hay storage etc.
High Point Estates could be likened to living on a property adjacent to a private Golf Course, where membership to the golf course is an option chosen by some, but the golfing community is enjoyed by all.
